  What you should know...

• eCHECKS and Credit/Debit Cards are accepted online.
• Our website provides the same real time information that is used in our office.
• You will need the Account Number and Barcode located on the payment coupon of your bill to access the website information.
• There is no fee for viewing Utility Bills online.
• To pay using Credit/Debit Cards, the payment amount must be under $400. There is a $3.50 transaction fee to use your Credit/Debit Cards.
• To pay using eCHECKS, the payment amount must be under $1,000. There is no fee to pay using eCHECKS. You will need your checking or savings routing number and account number including all zeros.
• An email address is required for all online payments.
• The minimum payment amount is $10.
• Accounts with a ZERO balance are not available online at this time.
• Only City of Savannah Utility information and online payment services are available from this site.

  Formatting search information

• To access an account, both the account number and barcode from your actual bill will be needed.
• Both numbers are on the City of Savannah Utility payment coupon located on the bottom of your bill.
• See sample payment coupons below to help locate your account number and barcode.

  Problems with your search

• Be sure to include all zeros in the account number and barcode.
• Using SAMPLE #1 above, the letters UB and the ending numbers 22860 (total amunt due without the decimal) are not included in the barcode.
• Accounts with a ZERO BALANCE are not available online at this time.
