2024 1st Installment Real Property taxes are due June 15, 2024.
eCHECKS and Credit/Debit Cards are accepted online.
Our website provides the same real time information that is used in our office.
There is no fee for viewing property taxes.
To pay using Credit/Debit Cards, the payment amount must be under $15,000. There is a 2.70% transaction fee based on the payment amount to use your Credit/Debit Cards.
To pay using eCHECKS, the payment amount must be under $15,000. There is no fee to pay using eCHECKS. You will need your checking or savings routing number and account number including all zeros.
An email address is required for all online payments.
The minimum payment amount is $10.
Payments made after 5:00 pm EST will be processed the next business day.
Only City of Savannah property tax information and online payment services are available from this site.
The tax map/pin for ALL City properties begins with "2".
SOME County properties in which the tax map/pin begins with "1" are subject to City property taxes.
Property tax balance information dates back to tax year 2011.
Property tax detail information is not available prior to 2012.
